LAYBY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are happy for you to layby an item with us. Below are our Terms and Conditions.

All laybys are strictly twelve (12) weeks, unless an alternative timeframe is agreed upon between Far Fetched Traders and the customer.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to establish your layby.
All laybys must be completed within the time frame or your layby will be automatically cancelled and your non-refundable deposit of 25% will be forfeited.
Any cancellation of your layby will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
Far Fetched Traders reserves the right to cancel your layby, without notification, if your layby is not finalised by the end of the layby period or date agreed upon by Far Fetched Traders and the customer.
Layby items will only be given to the customer once payment is received in full.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on layby orders so please consider this before placing any item on layby.
